Yes. Products supplied by FTL Distribution are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty provided by Wittur, subject to their standard terms and conditions. Custom products are also covered under the applicable manufacturer warranty; however, warranty terms may vary depending on configuration and level of customization. Warranty coverage does not extend to damage caused by improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow manufacturer guidelines.

Returns may be accepted for standard, non-custom products, subject to review and approval. All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery and require prior authorization. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify FTL Distribution within 3 days of receiving your shipment. We will work with you promptly to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
